Sehr geehrte Frau Huong,
um Holz auf den gebrauchten Pressen zu pelletieren müssen die Pressen umgebaut werden.
Die Pressen Salmatec 700 haben vorher Futtermittel gepresst.

Seit 4 Jahren stehen die Pressen still.

Holz zu pelletieren erfordert eine starke und stabile Pelletpresse.

Der Umbau ist erforderlich,weil Futtermittel einen anderen Pressweg in der Matrize hat wie Holz.
Eine Holzmatrize ist dickwandiger gebaut und hat eine schmalerer Laufbahn als für Futtermittel.
die Kollerrollen müssen natürlich angepasst sein.

Die neue Zwangseinspeisung ist deshalb erforderlich ,weil Holzstückchen nicht wie Mehl in die
Matrize hineinfallen sondern die Holzstückchen müssen mit einer Förderschnecke in die Matrize
hineingefördert werden,auch um die Leistung der Presse auszunutzen.

Die Pressen bekommen neue Lager weil die alten Lager schon einige Jahre gelaufen sind,
auch stehen die Pressen schon 4 Jahre still,da sind von dem hohen Gewicht des Rotors
Druckstellen auf der Laufbahn , da würden die Lager nach kurzer Laufzeit kaputt sein.

Bei der Beurteilung der Pressen über deren Zustand und über den zukünftigen Verwendungszweck
hat unser Mitarbeiter Herr Zahn mitgearbeitet, er hat die Erfahrung aus 40 Jahren Pelletiertechnik
und war früher Mitkonstrukteur bei der Firma Salmatec,das heißt er kennt diese Pressen genau.
