Zeitraum: ab sofort bis 14.oder 15.11.2015 für günstige 330 Euro warm für den gesamten Zeitraum.

Die 65qm Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, ich vermiete davon EIN Zimmer. Im anderen Zimmer wohnt dein
zuküftiger Mitbewohner Oli, Ur-Bornheimer, BWL Student, der vor seinem Master im Ausland hier noch eine Zwischenstation einlegt.

Die Wohnung und das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und sehr geräumig. Es gibt einen Herd und Kühlschrank in der Küche und einen Duschvorhang im Bad (mit Badewanne).
WC und Bad sind getrennt, sodass die Wohnung perfekt WG geeignet ist.
Eine Gästematratze könnte ich organisieren.

Die Lage: Sehr idyllisch in der Bornheimer Landwehr in Bornheim, zentral, ruhig und schön gelegen, incl. Skylineblick. Berger Straße mit Einkaufsmöglicheiten ist wenige Minuten entfernt.
